Apache error

I don't know if i can make this thread but.. i'll do it.

So, i'm using xampp for make my patch,web,etc.. and all was good but now apache can't start.. i see that apache is using port 80 but i changed this port to 8080.
i don't know what i need do.

i was using port 8080 and was perfect.. but now can't start. I'm using xampp in vps and don't have skype there.. i don't modify nothing

when i'm trying to start apache i have the msg Busy

Does your vps have IIS installed and running?

i don't know but i fixed it with restart my vps
