[HELP] hacker attack my server

Hi! I need some help please.
Since a few days I am receiving attacks to my server through sql injection or packet injector, I searched and tried for some solutions given in the forum but none of them worked.
I had deactivated the web in case they injected from there, tested the ps_login of nubness,Fix for Login Injection of JuuF,etc.
