[Question] Mob Respawn Time

I know the Obelisk.ini is where most bosses go in order to make them have a specific respawn time. However, from my assumption, some of the OS svmaps contain bosses such as Loca, Asmodeus, and Lich inside of the files. I'm not sure if this is because it would help someone locate the bosses when they are present in a quest such as or because they actually have the respawn parameters inside of the Monster.sdata file. One way or another something has to tell the mobs how often they should spawn, right?

I started looking around the forums and found a lot of talk about the AttackSpecial3 being it. However, in another post says

according my understanding AtkAttack.3 is the respawn delay, and atk.Special3 is a modifier of the delay (or of a parameter of the respawn).

I started comparing the AtkSpecial3 of different mobs and with the help of answer to another post I was able to come up with this:

1 - 35-40 seconds (Tested on OS)
2 - 1 minute 10 sec (Tested on OS)
3 - 3 min 10 sec (Tested on OS)
4 - 7-8 min (Check Greendieta Archangel respawn time)?
5 - ?? min (Red Spear Ifrit, Lunatic Kibe, Blackheart Kibe OS respawn time)
6 - 15 min(Check Prince Abinue/Princess Floria/Executioner Zark/Queen Caput Princess Respawn time)?
7 - 30 min(Rocagos Crazy Warrior/Chopping Molcan)? 45 min (Black Blood Blade Knight)? 1 hour (Black Magic Ruler)? //Black Blood Blade Knight and Black Magic Ruler have same Attack3, but different respawn times
8 - 45 min(Azman Elf Vein/Lamultan Bloodstorm)? 1 hour (Asmodeus)? 2 hours? (Loca)

15 - 7 days (GRB/ CT -- probably not exactly 7 days)

Looking at the Monster.sdata file and looking at mobs 327 (Black Blood Blade Knight) and 328 (Black Magic Ruler). They both contain the same AtkAttack3 and AtkSpecial3, however they both have different respawn times(according to ). A lot of the other numbers contain more than one mob that has a different spawn time. So I guess there's something else that is affecting it? I was wondering if anyone else has figured this out.

P.S. If anyone knows if OS has changed the respawn time of some bosses or if you know the actual respawn times on OS then it would help me a ton.
