1)NO, use virtual machine or VDS, and windows server 2012 or windows server 2012 R2.
2)MSSQL 2014 or 2016

Starting a Private CO Server 09/21/2007 - Conquer Online 2 - 1 Replies Lets cut to the chase, I'm more or less just a random noob. I searched the forum for a CO Private Server and found a great tutorial thread. In the thread it says this:
