During the instalation show me:

You have Shaiya Service inslated

Open your CMD as admin and put this

net stop ps_dbAgent
net stop ps_gameLog
net stop ps_game

net stop PSM_AgentServer
net stop shaiya_server

You dont need reboot your PC/VPS if you use CMD as admin
