Help to do a register to shaiya PHP

i want to make a php register
i downloaded some files from other threads and doesnt work
maybe I doing something wrong with the ip do not understand much xD I need a guide or help if someone can help me
if someone recommendly files and any guide i will be happy !! :V
the register works with the ip 127.0.0.1??? maybe it is my mistake xd

for example i put my login and password and send me to the processor.php and not create account

and Allow null in RowID
