Hello , run a server on lokalke , everything works fine, now I want to make friends went to the server. I installed xampp ( Apache ) , opened the ports 30800 and 30810 , has changed in game.ini (Public ip), on your ip, and also PsmServer_Mgr (Public ip) changed on your own. In the game.exe also set its IP. The server runs without problems (PsmServer_Mgr), but enter through game.exe I can not ( can not be connected) .

((((Здравствуйте, запустил сервер на локалке, всё работает отлично, теперь хочу чтоб друзья зашли на сервер. Я установил xampp(апачи), открыл порты 30800 и 30810, поменял в game.ini Public ip на свой ip, и в PsmServer_Mgr тоже Public ip изменил на свой. В game exe поставил тоже свой IP. Сервер запускается без проблем в(PsmServer_Mgr), но войти через game.exe не могу (невозможно соединится).))))))

Ports 30800 and 30810 opened manually. Yes I enter the command (/ nprotectoff)

First of all, make sure that the connect from client to server established.
1. Did you try to ping to your server from client? Try ping your server IP.
2. Did the client see port 30800 and 30810 open.
3. Did your game.exe truly connect to your server IP. Launch your game.exe then quickly open cmd and type "netstat -aonp TCP | findstr :30800" without quote. Post your output here
4. Check your server firewall built in
