Service won't start

Hello, After many years without developing a private server, i've decided to remake one, but forgot all advices and tricks...

So today I have an issue, my services won't start.

All services start, Session disconnect two times, and others services disconnects too.

Here the logs :

2014-06-03 14:16:46 PS_SESSION__system log start (Session)

2014-06-03 14:16:48 initserver() failed

2014-06-03 14:16:48 3 1 SService::ServiceCtrlDispatcher(): m_pService->Init()

2014-06-03 14:16:48 PS_SESSION__system log end (Session)

2014-06-03 14:16:48 3 1 SService::ServiceCtrlDispatcher(): service shutdown

i had same problem with my mssql 2014 and i had to change 127.0.0.1 in all configs to 'PC-NAME'\'SERVER-NAME' and now it works fine

Already try, but didn't work for me, I think it's a problem with my SQL installation, I will check later.
