Problems with my SQL 2008 / TCP.

Hello, I have problems with my SQL 2008 / TCP. When I try to add a single IP, which is 127.0.0.1 to test my server, I disable my other ips and give apply, then restart the service and the changes are not applied. Then run the PSMServer_Mgr.exe then I give control service / Start all server and service are second to remain active but paused. What should be the problem?.
I'm using Episode 4.5.

Restart the server many times, but the changes are not applied, then this leads me to to start the server service is paused me.

I tried, but I still keep and pauses. I went to C: \ ShaiyaServer \ PSM_Client \ Bin \ Log, but I see that in Notepad errors, as in this:

Why is that?

i would suggest to read. your error log exactly tells you what the problem is. It is the connection between the server files and the database so make sure you setted everything propper up otherwise it will keep giving you that error.

Well I see that the problem is your connection as you say. But what I need is a solution because I have not applied ip settings?. I do not understand, should my SQL?. I have SQL 2008. In window Xp, I've tried it in window 7 starter but does the same.
