Shaiya modem connection problem

Hey guys,

I have one friend , he have server but other players not can connect in server and not can see register, pvp rank.

How can he fix this?

moin, hab ein problem! um was geht es? seit kürzesten geht mein modem NICHT mehr. inet verbindung: telekom->aon modem,splitter&lan-cabel: sind ganz neu von telekom. ich spielte normal mmos danach ging plötzlich mein modem nicht mehr
