This will only work if you want your server to be local, so that no1 else can connect atall.

And there is another ini file that your suppose to edit aswell as the PS_Game.ini, thats why your Server Patch Config didnt update to show the correct "public" IP.

Don't forget to mention it may not even be a IP problem atall, could be from a Firewall blocking the game.exe from connecting.
