[HELP] failed to connect to game server/ try again later

hi guyz , ppl in my server now have this error , failed to connect to game server/ try again later , when they try to log in the server , but i can get it in , whats wrong ??

the game run on my pc but i want it run with my friends

Going to go ahead and give you a freebie. Check over your ip's on your config files and make sure you check your shell.dat

ok 1st i saw your problems is your MSG Server not connect to ACC Server thats why you CANT go inside your game..

Solution-->:most probably the error was in shell.dat like others said check your shell.dat,shell.ini..Also don't edit shell.dat with notepad. Use a hex editor or one of the shell.dat makers/editors in this section.u can use proshell editor thats was released by keithbell 1234

and 2nd you might not open the correct port this also important for mysql to take action usually there is 2port..there are
3306 -->port for mysql
80 ---> port for website or http

and the 3rd one is try to check all config ACC Server,MSG Server,NPC Server..make sure all ip is correct Internet IP Server you need put your IP static or IP Hamachi but if you run localhost just put 127.0.0.1..
and for DBHostName just put localhost/127/.0.01

so hopefully some my guides will try help you buddy..if still got error post your screenshot here will try my best help you but i believed the error comes from shell.dat
