I apologize for trolling this topic, but I ran into this same problem. I followed your steps, rebooted and restarted all DB and services. The game still crashed so i checked dbo items and product list the counts are still the same.

Am i missing something else?

they will not help you because they send some other topics about the item mall and i got probaly the same problem like you.

we need to figure it out on ourself because i ask help about the item mall for months and still dont have a answer.
