Connection between *.itm and Item.SData

I spent a lot of time to find the conection between *.itm and Item.sdata but i still can't find down.
Any opinions or ideas will be appreciated.

The ITM file pairs the .dds to the .3do file.
the ITEM.sdata pairs the model with the item.

It is pretty simple.

ITM is what define's what goes where and such, it's confusing depending on your knowlege, took me a bit to get it at first.

The point is I can't find related between model number in Item.sdata with *.itm files...
can u give me a example if the model number in Item.sdata is 119.
