I would Like to apply to your server as a GameMaster [GM].
I have been playing shaiya for 3years, I have played in over 10 different servers including OriginalShaiya[OS].
I am one of the top in all.
I have been GM in 2shaiya servers and in 3 Aion servers.

I am usually "Head in Marketing/Advertising".
I also host alot of ingame events, I recruit members, I advertise, I manage to get alot of members to donate.
I increased the server capasity by 35% in 1month because of my ability in Marketing.

I have worked as an Estate agent in large companies in the United Kingdom.

so that is my Backround according to work.

My cultural backround is european, I speak 4 languages fluently: Greek/German/French/English.
I live in Cyprus which is GMT+1.

alot of Private servers love this since it is different from the other GMs who mostly live in America.
this means that you will have a GM online 24/7.

ok so what I can contribute is:
Hosting a large variety of events from Hide and seek to Kill the GM to Monster Madness.
I am also very good at Advertising in a variety of ways.
Videos, Pictures on Forums, Forum advertising, Referring, Events and many many many other ways.

I am willing to do all this for free, I like having a GM position and I understand the responsabilities that come along with it.

I will not PvP, I will not interfere with mob/boss killing.
I will mearly make sure that everybody is playing fair, has fun and that the server grows at a good rate so as to be stable and as to be non-laggable.

Rofl..from what I see from Gree's post, he just made your application a pure fail.Just to make it clear when he posted this info about you it's like Lady Gaga being a scientist and telling about her past career in an application I mean it doesn't match.Honestly,I don't recommend recruiting that guy as a GM for your server.

what happend to working at it. starting as a player then getting a GS or FS working at it and if you're server has it a GMA then work hard still and get GM.

i always look at it like this

[Admins] Control everything made the server
Head in game [GM] runs everything in game and can remove and add new GMs has high trust form the [Admin]
Head codeing and DB [GM] leads the team that devs the game
in game GMs regular GMs for in game affaires....manges player flow
Devs help the head dev
Gs and FS are the GMs eyes and ears.

I do not recommend this person at all for a GM position in any server.

We had let this person on our team on a trial period. During that time they did the following:

- Spawned NPC's without getting authorization
- Accessed accounts that belonged to other people by actually logging onto them, giving those accounts uber gear
- Placed ubered gear on the AH
- Grudgingly ran events that involved both factions, wanting to favor the Lights (every time he ran an event, his ideas were all Light-favoring until told to run it for both in a place they could all have an equal chance)
- Constantly asked about commands that every GM should learn on day 1 (the most epic were the /getitem and /cmove commands)
- Had a complete disregard for the staff Chain-Of-Command

For someone who boasts about having positions on roughly 10 different servers (including OS, which I highly doubt is true, considering their Skype info says they're only 18, and all OS-based positions are based in Santa Clara, California, USA) this person has shown absolutely no experience to reflect that whatsoever. Likewise, they showed little to no GM etiquette, which would have come from all of that experience.
