Help Please

I had been try to set a Server but i cant go far it, Would i will be able to run a Serve on Windows 7 a 32 bit? Cause i dont even get the Green Dot. when i installed the Serve plz if someone can help me with this i will apreciate it

EDIT: if this guide dosent work go back where ur Private Server Config Manager is and run the Agent_Install. Then check again. Should fix it.
