Changing the Game Language.

I have successfully installed a new server using Shaiya Essentials EP 6 files and would like to translate the game from English to Vietnamese with the right Vietnamese characters displayed, possibly from SDATA or Game.exe. I've researched and read through many topics and posts, but none of them explain how to do this. Does anyone here know how to proceed? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
