[Help] Under DDOS attack

Hello epvpers member,
Today I contact you because our OVH dedicated server are attacked since 3 week and crash everytime for long hours,
I am here to ask you if you know a good solution to counter this attack.. He launch his attack in the login port.
We try all we can do with the windows firewall and some others programs (like allow only user ip to this port), nothing to do..
We actually use port 29510 for login

The only thing we can do actually is block the login port from the ovh firewall, but server are inaccessible for everyone that's not a good solution.
