Hi im using ryzen 7 2700 and rx 580 card but the GPU dont run well with shaiya i'm try use 6900xt but same in game only 70 fps is there any way to fix new GPU to fix Dx9 game?

Im currently running a RTX3080 + 11900k with 32gb 3200mhz RAM. I believe this is more than enough to run warzone.
Previously before the verdansk86 update, Im consistently getting 180-200FPS on my 1440P Monitor.
Ever since the update, I'm getting around 130FPS (160 on some places)
So i tried changing my monitor to 1080p, hoping to get more FPS however i did not see any improvements at all.
