Low FPS with High Spec (Low FPS on both 1440p and 1080p)

Hi Guys. Would appreciate some advice.

Im currently running a RTX3080 + 11900k with 32gb 3200mhz RAM. I believe this is more than enough to run warzone.

Previously before the verdansk86 update, Im consistently getting 180-200FPS on my 1440P Monitor.

Ever since the update, I'm getting around 130FPS (160 on some places)

So i tried changing my monitor to 1080p, hoping to get more FPS however i did not see any improvements at all.

I got all my settings on low (some on high) to prevent bottleneck. Ive tested many type of settings to ensure that bottleneck is not the case and its isnt.

So why didnt my FPS increase when i change to 1080p?

However, the biggest issue is that my game feels really jittery (similar to micro screen tearing) and not butter smooth.

I tried disable gsync, enable, v sync and everything else but still the same.

The only time i can get the game to run butter smooth if i restart my PC, then it will be smooth for like 1-2 hours before it started to get jittery again.

Could there be any problem with my PC?

Ive heard of streamers using the latest Ryzen CPU + RTX 3080 as it perforrms way better.

My temps are perfectly fine.

Or perhaps the game is poorly optimised now compared to before

Game is CPU bound which is why you had no fps change between 1440p-1080p. Something with your CPU or ram changed.

Probably something with your RAM, what are the timings on it.

You can also try a fresh windows install to rule out any random programs.

Have you tried running any other game to see if it is isolated to Warzone or an issue with the PC?

Wolfenstein: 1080p and 60FPS on both next-gen Consoles

Bethesda fights against the prejudice of worse graphics at XBox One and brings the upcoming first-person shooter Wolfenstein: The New Order for both next-gen consoles, Playstation4 and XBox One, with a native Full-HD resolution (1080p) and 60FPS. Doubtlessly a silver lining for the devotees of the new console from the house of Microsoft. So far no official statement by the publisher exists about the true success of the used ID-Teach-5-Engine by id Software,...
