Errors setting up local PServer
Hello, just recently I tried to set up a local private server for the first time and now I'm running into some issues. A couple days ago I finally go to the step of logging into the game but was greeted by the server list saying "closed." Today when trying to get back to that point, the game now says "checking notice board" immediately upon opening. From what I've googled, this is most likely an IP problem. I have tried every different IP address I can find on my pc. I am using VirtualBox to run the server due to having windows 10 installed. From what I read, I'm unable to host a local server on Windows 10. I have followed a few different guides and get the same result regardless. I tried the 192.168 ip that I found on the host ipconfig, and I also tried the 10.0.0 ip that was found on the virtual ipconfig. I also tried the ipv4 from whatismyip.com which also provided no success. Any help would be appreciated. Feel free to contact me on discord at Joshy#0118.
