Anyone know how to decrypt data.sah files?

Looking to mod some outfits and sounds but the servers I'm looking at 2 of the 3, the data.sah files fail to open

if they are encrypted and just for people like you do not enter and steal everything.

but with everything, it's not so hard for you to remove a sah encryption from a community search, I believe Cups has provided a guide on how to remove this protection.

I'm not trying to steal anything. I want to recolor the items I'm wearing for the "games" I'm playing...
