having to assume the image is a TGA, the transparency does not exist in it (in TGA format), the client renders transparent all pixels of the image whose color is the same than the one at top-left corner; if you see the outline of the logo, it means it is drawn with "some color" (light-gray whatever), and you have to replace with all pixels of that outline with the background-color-used-as-transparency, so the color of (0,0).
