Run "PSM_Server\PSM_ServiceMgr.exe".
Close then re-open Server Patch Config.
In Menu, Server Setup >> Service Install All.
Be patient it takes a while for all Shaiya Services to register and be Paused."
My issue is it's not installing and the X's remain. Can anyone give some insight on this ?
