Exclamation need help,Problem with Registration on the website

Hello everyone has.
I need help ..
I have a Shaiya server Already put online by an OVH server
my problem is That I can not connect the site registration on my database.
So users' recordings I get on my email, and I must go and add user names manually on the database ..
Any help on how to connect the web recording in my database?
also a tutorial link would be fine.
