First, check that all shaiya services are properly installed.
In windows, go to Start menu-> Run, then write 'services.msc' and hit Enter

So here's the problem, no matter how much i try to fix it, PSMServer_mgr.exe keeps only showing red crosses. AFAIK it's supposed to show green pause buttons or green arrows, but it never showed anything green at all. Just the red crosses and nothing more.

Are you sure you installed SQL Server correctly? If you did, attach the databases (if you use EP4.5 then simply run the batch file to recreate the database), open PSMServer_mgr -> Apply to windows registry -> Service Install All -> Reboot PC/Server.
After rebooting, PSMServer_mgr should show green pause icons.
If they are still red, make sure that all neccessary SQL services are running and not stopped.

Anyone knows what is the possible problem if you can't start the processes on your PSMServer_Mgr?

This Release of PSMServer _Mgr From Editor of US Shaiya but this online 6.2 now this is updated to 6.3 for a client of US ep7 for now EP7 error about 10053 is in the Ps_Gamedata and Ps_gamedef you can fix this in the trigger you add new trigger for checker Name Ability.
And ALSO VC For Ep7
File VC = Put this in your ShaiyaServer/PSM_Server/Here?
The Name of the checker button TA_2D_character_overlapBtn.tga
So make Overlap Trigger to accept name and check the name if is already use...

ok i have an odd issue. i am using the server files below and all seemed fine till i started the server manager.
Server Files from shinra in this post
as you can see from the picture i have all services installed

Hey Leute,
Also Ich hab ein Problem. IMMER, wenn Ich bei der PSMServer_Mgr.exe auf Start all server service klicke werden die grünen Pausezeichen zu Pfeilen und dann direkt wieder zu Pausezeichen. Ich weiß nicht, woran es liegt, da Ich in den Logs ebenfalls nur 2013-05-05 01:34:30 PSM_AGENT__system log start (PS_AGENT) finde. In bin/log finde ich gar nichts. Eventuell könnte es daran liegen, dass wenn Ich auf die batch klicke, das hier steht:
