PSMServer_Mgr.exe issue

ok i have an odd issue. i am using the server files below and all seemed fine till i started the server manager.

as you can see from the picture i have all services installed

however the one i am using is missing trees

game loads up (using an edited ep6.3 client)with /vckoff and i get this

also having an issue with no connection on test with the linked servers(i use mssql 2014). i have exhausted all my own knowledge on this reinstalling servers etc to no avail.

i had that error but i fixed it installing sql 2005 and if is a ep 6.3 Omega files worked to me

ok fixed the psm servermanager issue there were some extra files that needed configuring. now i just DC after server choice ... any ideas?

Line 14..."G.Rank"...I changed the "G" to an "H" as it is put in line 8

I have since restarted the server on 5 attempts and it has worked each time.

All fixed thank you all who offered suggestions
i basically reinstalled everything and it workd. also the original issue with the psm server manager i found a psm server config file which was mostly blank with a uacc server name and edited that with details of the server and it all installed and works fine.
