[Help]Passive skills don't work

Hello epvp, i have some problems with some passive skills, the ones that should give attack power once you learn them and you use a certain weapon, the skills are:

-Sharppen Weapon Power up
-Dagger Weapon Power up
-Two-Hand weapon Power up
-Spear Power up
-Heavy Weapon Power Up
-Rogue Weapon Power Up
-Bow Power Up
-Projectile Power Up


I don't know why, but they were working perfectly before, and now, they don't, they just don't give you the attack power, but i didn't edited em, could anyone tell me the reason?
