Webserver mssql problem

Hallo
Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem mssql/webserver.
Der Webserver will einfach nicht auf den mssql server zugreifen, obwohl es aktiviert ist.
hoffe jemand kann mir helfen

my webserver dont connect to the mssql db, but there are the right logins

IIS does need to install PHP or Web Platafform, maybe thats ur problem

IIS is for ASP.NET websites, and our community doesn't have any scripts for ASP.NET. Everything released on elitepvpers is purely PHP, so you should install XAMPP.

with xampp is the same problem

and on my computer iis works
