[ Help needed ] altars and bless

i want to make a custom altar on one of my pvp maps, i have done that before and i know how to get it there and work, i even know how to make the altar spawn a custom pvp bos,


the ting i cant control is the %% of bless players get back / lose if the altar gets taken

is it possible to set 25% bless gain or lose on that special altar. regardless how many other altars there are taken or lost ?
