1st go to http://synthasite.com and make a acc its free
2nd make a site u can add pages add widgests to it anything u want is up to you
3rd after u finish ur site save it and then download it like its in the picture i put

4th then download xampp from xampp and install it usualy in c/xampp
5th after installing xampp open the folder were it is and find a folder called htdocs...
