Server Off!! impossible to keep on Help PLS!!

hello everyone, I have done all that you should perform to boot the server remains online but then I searched and I found this video finished watching the video I tried to do what I was doing it in the video, but when I create a new login and go on using the mapping can not find PS_Billing and others just "master, model, msdb, tempdb 'does anyone know how to add those? or how we can keep the server on?

wrong section and you have to attach the database if you want to find it there
