question random spawn.

Probably a stupid question, but... I want to do a few bosses spawn "randomly". that would spawn the boss., not in one place., and randomly in one of the 3 \ 4 of coordinates ....
or randomly on the map, anywhere .. how can implement it?
or unrealistic at all?...what I tried, does not work.

The Willieoseu map (#19, 2nd light map) contains the answer.

The boss 'Water Wen Old Man' is known to appear sometime around Fedion Leopardess Butcher and sometime around Fedion Deadly Poison Frog at the other side of the road.

This is obtained with the definition of a "large" pop area in the .svmap file (and for that mob #2305 it is: (1320 - 1465) to (1407 - 1794).

As a reminder:
- mob are defined with a *one* pop-area, they are spawn within that rect and then move around that point by a maximal distance of Normal.Range
- NPC are defined with 1 or several points, they stay immobile if a single pt is provided and loop move on these points otherwise.

in order to have a mob anywhere on the map, simply give the map's size, but this includes a lot of non reachable zones (mountains and so on), so you will certainly have to check the map in detail to define better areas (possibly several).

best spot would probably be on a mostly flat area like 15 zone which you can also use the 100+ maps for that

Thank you, but maybe you did not understand me. I would want that one boss SPAWN in one of the 3 places ... how i can set one boss 3 different coordinates in svmap, do not combine them into one large area? and how to expose the spawn boss in svmap ... I have not found in the database how to change spawn ... always used Obelisk.ini

I know how to put a boss obelisk.ini and change time spawn, I do not know how to change the spawn in sql table ...
I read this thread.

See, I add a mob in obelisk.ini

mob spawn in the correct coordinates....

I Add a line with RandomRespawn, turns this.
