1 Ap Per Min Error !!

Post , here is the steps I have done one by one. However, in step 3 has failed. I wonder if I could not find the reason stems from what does anyone know?
Failing that bothers me while I'm doing right. Episode 4 database. But UserData Episode 5.

This will, perhaps, sound quite rude, but if you are not able to read the error, how are we supposed to help you? The error is telling you what is happening and how to fix it
