If you used shStudio to edit/save your *.sdata and then using the Shaiya Data File Tool, you do not need to encrypt it when importing, just click "yes" to import as it is.

Why would you not allow SDFT to re-encrypt the SDATA? It was my understanding that the SDATA's are all supposed to be encrypted in the client. Also, the NpcQuest.SDATA on server-side is the first one to be read, so if they do not match then you'll get the error as well.
