[Need Help] Shaiya Account create

So I've created today shaiya p-server, but do not know how to account created for others.

also hab mir heute shaiya p-server erstellt, weiß aber nicht wie man account für andere erstellt.

I can not get past the point where I am asked for my user name and pw.. The island spins , the music plays , and I am going f-ing crazy........ )-:

just go into PS_UserData open the table UserMaster and do it there thats it.
