How to edit mounts ?

Hey guys ,
I want to edit the mounts but , idk how to create new mount in item.sdata
is there any tool for that?Or anytrick to do it by shstudio?
I have an idea but not sure if it will work.
If i replace the new mounts with level 40 ones i mean to put 3DC/DDS files of the new mounts with the names of the old ones. I think that can work.
Has any1 tried it ?Plz if you know how to do it tell me

sh studio isnt the best solution their, learn to use python aswell <.<
to ur 2nd idea it will fck up only changing the 3dc and dds files wont work if u totaly want to replace the 40er mounts then u have to replace the ani files aswell. or as i said it will fck up.
by using python u got the chance to create a new item in the item.sdata for a new mount...
