[HELP] strange login issue (please try again later)

hi guys some of my players having a strange issue when they try to log their account they get a "please try again later" message

I have checked DB doesn't seem to be any issues any Ideas??

Please try again later, is usually because of their account is still logged in.

Ask if they DCED before and tryed to login again

they cant log the whole acc tho they dont even get to char screen, and they are showing as 0 in login status

Are you sure that their login status shows them logged out? Because as well you need to check that there isn't any sort of glitch like the known one when you set up the dupe fix, in which it blocks their accounts from logging in after they log out

I have checked all the accounts associated with people having with the issue all of the chars they said they dcd on are showing 0 in loginstatus i havent implemented the dupe fix after the trouble it caused with disapearing stacks jus use a script now

Well, I wish I could help, but usually 'please try again later' is because you are still logged into the server. Sorry!
