[Help] Login Bloq Mayus

I have a problem that I have not solved because I have searched many places where it could be my mistake and what happens is that upon entering my test test Shaiya, and password that are capitalized do not work, I explained that to enter the server "game.exe" and the password to uppercase not working, you enter without case loggea equally.
