[Recruiting] For Dev Team to help

Hello Everyone =)
am looking for Dev's team thats can help me with Shaiya
i know its easy but its will take a long time if i worked alone
anyway what am looking for is :

• someone can handle the Site and can mange how to work with PHP/HTML/Java/etc...
• someone can handle the programming with me and i'll share with him everything i want to do in the game.
• and finally someone can design for us

some points :

• Everything will be FREE!! ( maybe in the future will be there some stuffs for money )
• we will work as team we are all in the same level in work no one is better than the other
• its not necessary to be GM in the game maybe ADMIN in the forum (its the team choice)
• and there is another servers will be up soon after Shaiya like : AION/Gunz/Archlord/WoW
• the servers are open for everyone but the main language is English
• you don't have to pay for the server i only need helping hand

if you want to see my previous progress;

• i have made (Shaiya: Light&Dark) before but it was private for my friends only.
• i can show you some of my work progress in Shaiya.

He has opened the recruitment because he is looking for people that can handle the jobs mentioned above. If he would know who to PM, then this recruitment would be useless.

depends if you want me to build you guys counter strike servers and Minecraft servers i do those in 5mins people love it ill do it free cause im happy and to help others

if we do both of them it might be like not the main for our servers

i know but its good to have more games for interest i make gun models for counter strike
very nicely and mods for servers like Jail break super hero mod etc
