Server Client - Language

Helly guys! I have a question i would like you to answer =)
Months ago i tryed to create my ps,but after i used it in local, to put it up to everyone,it required a lot of work and time to spend so, i decided to give up.
But i always wondered:
If i want to a spanish server (for example) [Or French Italian or Anything else],
What should i do!?
It's enough use a Spanish Client or should i use modded server files?
I looked for this in the forum but i found only a post with no answers.

It would be enough to use the Spanish Client, as on it's sdata the descriptions and everything will be in spanish, or the language you wanted

You can use the same database (english for example) and different clients depending on the languages.

You could have multiple patch hosts and different updater and game.exe as well.

People would only have to pick the right client at start and then you'd need to translate your patches, item.sdata, etc.

Sounds totally feasable.
