Cannot connect to login server

Hi,
i am trying to set up my own shaiya p server on Windows Server 2008 R2.
I got the server running correct so far, but when i try to connect to the server, right after the updater i get the message: "Cannot connect to login server. Please check notice board."
I am pretty sure that the public ip's in the .ini's are all correct and i also opened the required ports in my firewall, which i also checked again here:

Are there any other ports needed than those?:
SQL - port 1433 - protocol - TCP
SQL - port 1433 - protocol - UDP
login - port 30800 - protocol - TCP
game -port 30810 - protocol TCP
session - port 30900 - protocol TCP
userlog - port 30901 - protocol TCP
dbagent - port 30911 - protocol TCP
gamelog - port 30912 - protocol TCP
Psmagent - port 40900 - protocol TCP
connectionManager - port 1060 - protocol TCP
dbagent2 - port 1056 - protocol TCP
gamelog - port 1072 - protocol TCP

I also found out that it is required to open the ports in the router, but arent they open already if the website i posted above "sees" the ports?

theres a guide about all the problems you can come across setting up your server here. Did you actually change the IP in the game.exe aswell as ini's?

And for future, post your question in the right section (not here) "Shaiya Private Server" over there.

but yes, i changed the ip in the game.exe already...
about the helpful threads...
i looked for them and even if the thread on the bottom kinda deals with the topic it still didnt help, neither did other threads

okay then, like you kinda said, it is to do with your router then... I'm not too sure about it cuz i gave up trying to go through my own IP and chose another approach to it, but there is a guide around here somewhere (search for something to do with IP's) Its some function most routers have built in or something along those lines.

If its just for your own use, then you could just add in 127.0.0.1 (local IP) and you'll be able to connect fine.

and i would like to make the server public
as far as i understood in other threads, i have to port forward...i guess that i therefore have to open the ports in the firewall first and afterwards i have to access to the router, but how can i actually access the router of an external root server?
i got no clue to which router the root server is connected :-(

think it depends on what type of router you're using.. for example, a Linksys router works completely different to a Belkin. Check your user manual for your router, it usually has some shizz written about ports and stuff. I know with my old one i just entered my local Ip and it took me to a "setup" type page where i could edit everything i needed.. but not all Routers use that.

f you wanna release your server, i suggest you get a full server host, rather than hosting from your home pc.. less problems, more reliable, better service for your server. && i'm pretty sure if you ask Bane nicely he'll hand you some cheap hosts to look at (he's awsome like that)

i already got a full server host (server4you), but i dont know how to configure the router there...
but without access to this router i cant "port forward" how its described in this thread:

and i guess that is the reason why i cant connect to login server :-(

or do you know if its possible to give those dmz right (whatever it might be :-O) that the author of your link talks about to the full server host?

PS: i hope my posts arent too hard to understand ;-)

Honestly i'm not too sure with the whole DMZ thing, i've never tried it out. Maybe get in contact with your host and see if there is anything they can do to help you out.. go to my profile and add me on skype, i may be able to help you out a bit. You may have simply overlooked an IP somewhere or something simple and a fresh pair of eyes will see that.

I always find i miss the simple things, cuz i've done them so often, i just forget bout it
