[REQUEST] Need private help

I am having issues that tutorials on epvp cant help me with, so I am looking for anyone who might take some time to help me out.

I've done most of the work required for setting up a server I've only hit a snag I'm not familiar with and tuts on epvp aren't explaining enough to help.
