in my personal opinion i found evo kinda boring after i hit 60
there was only 3 things to really do
level another toon, farm goddess/fbs, or pvp
i didnt really feel like there was anything extra to do :/
i like a server with a lot to do after you hit 60/70 not counting pvp
like having items drop that are unique and make your toon differ from others
like ghost masks or wedding gear(examples lol)
not many servers have that extra flare to them ive noticed :/

yeah but pvp is why i loved Evo so much was always active and ppl knew what they where doin unlike most ppl these days

you ask for a server with decent GM's.
Then you think about the awesome time you had at Shaiya Evolution.
Now i'm thinking you mean HighRate, since that had the most people of all.

Let me remind you,
That Highrate had no GM assistance... or perhaps 1% when GM Solo came.
When Possum made Highrate he clearly said there would be no GM activity.
And yet Highrate was still one of the best pserver there was.

btw, someone didnt grow up so well... (or still has to)

evo didnt have many bugs because...
1. it was ep4 not ep5 :P
2. possum was smart and did everything before releasing it lol
he didnt continue working on the server as it opened..it was all set in place already
which most servers arent like when they come out...
