Cannot Connect to game Server

ok I am trying to make a server, I dont want it to be public so that makes it so i have more options, but i really need help with it. I have followed the

[Video Tutorial] Shaiya EP4 Tutorial by Omega <Thanks For It>

But when i get to the actual game part, past login and when you get to the place where you would usually choose the server when i click on the server and "OK". It comes up after like a 5-10 seccond delay "Cannot Connect to game server!!!".

Any ideas that could help? Post idea or just send me a message, I'm going to bed so no rush :\

Make sure that you're firewall is not blocking anything, that you are using the correct EXE for you're version, and that you have the right I.P adress in the EXE.

Please also post you're logs wraped in tags if this does not work.

Same happens to me guys help us i did the video tutorial exactly what omega did and in IP change of game exe. i chage arina shaiya ip adress to 127.0.0.1 is it wrong? i did cost omega did in tutorial plizz help us
