Hi,

everyone who'll read this, i just used this technic from other MMORPG's...i tried it multiple times but it worked only 1time with small potions

1.What do you need?

1.1 you need a friend which connects through a different PC and router to Shaiya
1.2 personal shop
1.3 brain.exe & speed

2.Let's start!

2.1 one of you have to create a personal shop and put in the item you want to dupe(i've choosen that my friend creates the shop and i'll buy)

2.2 after your freind created the shop you have to stand next to him

2.3 now open his shop

--now you've to be quick--

2.4 your friend has to disconnect his PC from the internet

--the server won't kick him within 0.00001seconds...the kick takes ~2seconds--

2.5 after he has disconnected from the internet buy the item

2.6 if you had luck, the item appears in your inventory before he got kicked and the shop disappeared

2.7 your friend should relogg

2.8 if you had luck (again), the item is still in his inventory and in yours too


I tried it ~50times times and as i already said it worked one time with a potion...
Please don't spam and be rude just because it doesn't work!

there is another way to dupe items ive tested it before on Os

u need 3 ppl +the item 2 of u from the same server eg Teos and one from for instance lailah

1.0:select ur item
1.1 head to the linked pvp zone
1.2 make sure ur friends are there request battle to one of them.
1.2-1 insert the item (i tried with a gold bar) and start battle
1.3 now trade the item to the third person.

2.0 let the friend (in battle kill u)the item will still drop
2.1 ur friend u traded and the one in battle will now both have the same item in there inventory.easy fast gold (i havent tried with stacked items)

3.0 repeat as neccesary =]

[im not the person who found out about this dupe but a mate wanted to test it]

thanx poly, this works great, little info on future trys, do not disconnect internet from comp, instead, have market set up, have the seller alt+F4, server DC time from button press is 9-13 seconds timed with a stop watch, u have VERY small window to buy item at the end of this time period, has to be almost same time the other toon DC from server, but be careful when doing this

the DC time is not a constant time, after alt+F4 the DC varies from 9-13 seconds

Kintero's method does not work. The item disappears from your inventory once you enter into a battle with another person and place it as the prize.

if the person who offers the item in the battle has a full inventory, the item does not disappear


that said, once u trade the item, the item doesnt drop on the ground after winning the battle

So the person OFFERING the item in battle has to have a full inventory, or the person recieving? and does it still work?

the person offering has to have a full inventory when offering the item in abttle window

but no, like i said, once u trade the item to the third player he gets it but once u loose the battle nothing drops on the ground

a couple of issues with this theory poly.

1. if you disconnect from the internet before buying the item, the server will never know that you did, which is why when you log back in the item isn't there. This has to do with the way buying/selling/trading items' packets work.

2. The best way I can think of for duping items is to either drop the item and have someone pick is up at actually the same time as you. This maybe the best and only way to dupe items. See the server is a multi-threaded program. Each toon has its own thread for a connection to the server. If two threads pick up the same item at the same exact time you may trick the server into giving you both the item. If this does work then it may only work on simple items like potions and such.

Ok that's quite a good argument^^

But i found the mistake in my tutorial lolZ

(the guy with the shop has to disconnect!!because as you said the server can't get the information that the item is in your inventory now!
But the server already knows that the item is in the shop )
That's the way how my best mate and i did it!

I have 1 Question about it:
Does it work If you, for example, drag the Item into you inventory (then the Price and Quantity confirmation Boxes appear) and wait till your friend Disconnect from the Internet and then only fastly click on "OK" or do you need to drag the Item,select the quantity and press "OK" in 2 seconds?

ok, the way i explained it works great, i not only duped 20 OP hammers but full linked sonic goddess anor boots

u can drag the item or stack of items to ur inventory, press ok to the quantity before the alt+F4 disconnect, once the alt+F4 disconnect is started, u have, like i said, 9-13 seconds to wait, have ur friend who has the market opened use a stop watch to time this, at about 10 seconds press enter to purchase the item a split second before the person is removed from the server

IT IS ALL ABOUT TIMING, u have to be exact on the timing to get the dup to work, it took me and my buddy about 1/2 hour to get the timing EXACT, we had his shop set up in apu, tucked away from EVERY person in apu, we tried about 5 or 6 times before it worked the first time, but after that, it is simple

if SS r requested on step by step explaination, i will post, but this walk through should be enough for the people that understand the brain.exe.

Plz put the SS...

I was traying but when i do Alt+F4 my buddy says that my market close instant as i push Alt+F4....

i dont understand brain.exe or whatever :/
