It's about the skills which can be transferred like recovery divison. I dont remember now if it's 01 the caster is the player if it's 00 it's transferred from someone else.

I can get every other packet without any problem. But this 3020 code doesn't appear sometimes. But instead of 3020 i get B602 code which contains char id. So does B602 a real packet or do i see it by...
