First off it does not work and I never had a problem with loader before.... the loader no longer works with isro so we all need to wait for rumata to look into it.

Look on the map above where it says Anahita River just go north till you see only snipers. Snipers are not aggressive and don't have champions or giants therefor are 100 percent safe.
