you only see 6 charecters there, for aloken you need 1 more. then its alot more...

The skilldesc.csv and skillname.csv get over 255...

The skilldesc.csv and skillname.csv get over 255 rows if you use korean.
So you need too delete alokens skillsname and desc. Then those file will work.
