I recomend that you use another program, I use: CSVed. And it works fine for me.

oh lol i know why these happen
you copy past or opened with notepad just download new npc.csv and its will work for you

it's coz ur wingows is arabic

and that already happened to me when i changed my windows from english to arabic

i said why . cuz he edited the npc with notepad then he opened it with excle that happend to me from while ago
